Available in 14' and 20' widths with standard lengths from 20' to 100', the Caterpillar Tunnel uses U.S.-made galvanized steel framing fabricated at Bootstrap Farmer's Texas facility. Heavy-duty ground posts replace the rebar pins commonly used with traditional caterpillar tunnels, while a ridge pole and wind bracing add rigidity to the structure.
The included butterfly-style end openings allow the entire end of the tunnel to open for ventilation, equipment access, and harvesting, while manual side-curtain ventilation gives growers another way to manage airflow.

Important: When the butterfly doors are closed, the tunnel extends beyond its listed growing length at each end—approximately 9' per end on the 14' model and 12' per end on the 20' model. Account for this additional space when choosing and preparing your site.

Bootstrap Farmer designed the Caterpillar Tunnel for straightforward DIY assembly, with pre-bent hoops, included hardware, and detailed instructions to guide you through the build. Assembly time and crew requirements will vary depending on the size of your tunnel, site conditions, experience, and any optional upgrades being installed.
Choose a reasonably level location with good drainage and firm ground, and clear rocks, roots, debris, and other obstacles before beginning installation.

Important Shipping Information
The Bootstrap Farmer Caterpillar Tunnel Kit ships free within the contiguous 48 United States and is delivered by motor freight.
Freight delivery is curbside only, and the customer is responsible for unloading the shipment. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, and an adult signature is required. The driver is not responsible for unloading the shipment, so please make appropriate unloading arrangements before delivery.
When your shipment arrives, inspect it carefully before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any visible damage or missing items should be noted on the BOL before accepting the shipment. Please do not refuse a damaged shipment without first contacting Four Leaf Coop Co for assistance.
