- (1) 1 3/8" ridge pole for structural stability
- 36" ground stakes
- Post driver for installing the ground stakes
- 6 mil greenhouse plastic with a 4-year rating, sized to cover the structure
- Required hardware and connectors
- Step-by-step assembly instructions
What You'll Need to Supply Locally
The base greenhouse includes a zipper-style entrance in the greenhouse covering. Upgraded door systems, lumber, and roll-up sides are not included with the base kit. Optional Scissor Door and End Wall Door Frame Kits are available separately.
Depending on your chosen configuration, you may need to purchase the following lumber locally:

Assembly
Bootstrap Farmer designed the Hobby Greenhouse for DIY assembly using basic tools. Most builds can be completed in approximately one to two days with two people on a prepared site, although installation time will vary based on experience, site conditions, and any optional upgrades being installed.
Choose a reasonably level location with good drainage and firm ground, and clear rocks, roots, debris, and other obstacles before beginning installation.

Unlike Bootstrap Farmer's larger freight-shipped greenhouse kits, this model ships in multiple standard boxes, so motor-freight delivery and special unloading arrangements are not required.
