Hatching Time products ship directly from Hatching Time’s warehouse in Delaware to you.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the total of the Hatching Time items in your order:

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and military addresses: shipping is calculated by weight, starting at $100 for orders up to 48 lbs, and free shipping does not apply. Processing & Delivery

Orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. During the busy spring hatching season, handling may take 1 to 3 business days.

Orders ship by FedEx or USPS and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information.

Damaged or Missing Parts

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact Four Leaf Coop Co at support@fourleafcoop.com or 518-288-5842 as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Hatching Time replaces missing or damaged parts free of charge, and replacement parts typically ship within 48 hours when available.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before a tracking number has been assigned. Please contact Four Leaf Coop Co as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Once an order has a tracking number, it is subject to the return policy below.

30-Day Returns

Hatching Time products may be returned within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete, with all parts included

Due to health regulations, used products are not accepted for return, and a product that shows signs of use will not receive a full refund.

All returns must be approved before the product is shipped back, and proof of purchase is required. Coverage terms may vary by product.  Please contact Four Leaf Coop Co at support@fourleafcoop.com before returning any Hatching Time product. We will help you with the approval and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If return shipping is arranged or paid on your behalf, that cost will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. A refund cannot be issued for a return that is not received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Sale Items & Exchanges

Only regular-priced Hatching Time products may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us and we will help arrange a replacement.

Warranty & Product Support

Hatching Time products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, including electrical components. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents, and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required.

Many concerns can be resolved by phone, email, or video call, often with a replacement part.
