Does this Janco greenhouse ship free?

Yes. Janco products ship free within the United States. Depending on the size of the product and destination, your order may ship by UPS or motor freight.

How long will my Janco greenhouse take to ship?

Janco asks customers to allow approximately two weeks for the order to ship. This is processing time before shipment, not necessarily the total time until delivery. Transit and delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.

Can I return a Janco greenhouse?

What is a garden window?

A garden window, sometimes called a greenhouse window, projects outward from the wall of your home or greenhouse to provide additional natural light, views, and display space. The Janco Garden Window is especially well suited for installation above a kitchen sink and can provide a bright space for plants, herbs, or décor.

What sizes are available?

The Janco Garden Window is available in two sizes:

  • Small: 39 5/8" × 39 5/8"
  • Large: 54 3/8" × 54"

Both sizes are available with insulated Low-E glass or 1/8" polycarbonate glazing.

What's the difference between the Low-E glass and polycarbonate models?

The Insulated Low-E Glass model features Low-E insulated glass throughout, an insulated panel-board base, and aluminum construction designed so the window structure will not rust or rot.

The 1/8" Polycarbonate model provides a more economical alternative. It uses 1/8" polycarbonate rather than insulated Low-E glass, and its base is treated lumber rather than the insulated aluminum construction of the Low-E model.

Which option should I choose: Low-E glass or polycarbonate?

Choose the Insulated Low-E Glass version if you prefer insulated glazing and an insulated aluminum base. The 1/8" Polycarbonate version offers a more economical alternative, using polycarbonate glazing and a treated-lumber base. Both versions use aluminum framing and hardware. Consider your budget, installation location, and preference for insulated glazing when selecting your model.

Can I order the Garden Window with a shelf?

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Janco products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Free shipping on orders shipped within the United States. Janco ships orders by UPS or motor freight depending on the size of the product and delivery location.

Please allow approximately two weeks for your order to ship. Delivery timing after shipment may vary based on the product, destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please provide an accurate physical delivery address, phone number, and contact information when placing your order. For freight shipments, the carrier will use this information to contact you and arrange delivery.

Freight Delivery

Larger Janco products may ship by motor freight due to their size, weight, and materials.

Freight delivery is curbside, and liftgate service is included. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Once the shipment has been removed from the driver's truck, the customer is responsible for moving the packages from the curbside delivery location to a safe storage location. Janco recommends having two able-bodied people available to move the packages.

Once your order has shipped, please be prepared to accept delivery promptly. Janco advises that customers should be available to receive their shipment within approximately 3–4 days. If delivery cannot be completed and the freight carrier assesses storage fees, those additional fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Inspecting Your Freight Delivery

Please inspect the shipment and packaging carefully while the delivery driver is still present.

If you notice visible damage:

  • Do not refuse the delivery.
  • Clearly note all visible damage on the Bill of Lading or other delivery paperwork before signing.
  • Photograph the packaging and damaged areas before the driver leaves.
  • Keep all packaging, shipping materials, and delivery paperwork.
  • Contact Four Leaf Coop Co as soon as possible at support@fourleafcoop.com or 518-288-5842 and provide photographs and documentation of the damage.

Properly documenting freight damage at delivery is important. Janco has advised that when shipping damage is properly reported, Janco will replace the damaged materials.

Final Sale — No Returns

IMPORTANT: All Janco products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Due to the size, materials, and shipping requirements of Janco products, Janco does not accept returns. These products are intended to ship one way and may include large freight shipments and glass components that cannot reasonably be returned.

This no-return policy applies to Janco products including, but not limited to:
