This greenhouse may ship by motor freight. Freight delivery is curbside with liftgate service included, and the customer is responsible for moving the packages from the curbside delivery location to a safe storage location. Janco recommends having two able-bodied people available to assist.

The carrier will contact you to schedule freight delivery. Please inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives and do not refuse delivery if damage is present. Note visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing and take photographs.

Janco products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Free shipping on orders shipped within the United States. Janco ships orders by UPS or motor freight depending on the size of the product and delivery location.

Please allow approximately two weeks for your order to ship. Delivery timing after shipment may vary based on the product, destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please provide an accurate physical delivery address, phone number, and contact information when placing your order. For freight shipments, the carrier will use this information to contact you and arrange delivery.

Freight Delivery

Larger Janco products may ship by motor freight due to their size, weight, and materials.

Freight delivery is curbside, and liftgate service is included. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Once the shipment has been removed from the driver's truck, the customer is responsible for moving the packages from the curbside delivery location to a safe storage location. Janco recommends having two able-bodied people available to move the packages.

Once your order has shipped, please be prepared to accept delivery promptly. Janco advises that customers should be available to receive their shipment within approximately 3–4 days. If delivery cannot be completed and the freight carrier assesses storage fees, those additional fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Inspecting Your Freight Delivery

Please inspect the shipment and packaging carefully while the delivery driver is still present.

If you notice visible damage:

  • Do not refuse the delivery.
  • Clearly note all visible damage on the Bill of Lading or other delivery paperwork before signing.
  • Photograph the packaging and damaged areas before the driver leaves.
  • Keep all packaging, shipping materials, and delivery paperwork.
  • Contact Four Leaf Coop Co as soon as possible at support@fourleafcoop.com or 518-288-5842 and provide photographs and documentation of the damage.

Properly documenting freight damage at delivery is important. Janco has advised that when shipping damage is properly reported, Janco will replace the damaged materials.
