Important Shipping Information
The Janco Sago ships free within the United States directly from the manufacturer. Please allow approximately two weeks for your order to ship.
This greenhouse may ship by motor freight. Freight delivery is curbside with liftgate service included, and the customer is responsible for moving the packages from the curbside delivery location to a safe storage location. Janco recommends having two able-bodied people available to assist.
The carrier will contact you to schedule freight delivery. Please inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives and do not refuse delivery if damage is present. Note visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing and take photographs.
