Open water containers can quickly collect dirt, bedding, droppings, and other debris. The OverEZ Classic Waterer's fully sealed design helps prevent chickens from contaminating their water supply.

Instead, chickens drink through three no-waste nipples, helping keep the stored water cleaner while reducing spills and wasted water.

The Classic Waterer features three drip-free drinking nipples, allowing up to three chickens to drink at once.

When introducing your flock to the waterer, OverEZ recommends removing other water sources and tapping the nipples until water fills the cup. The red color helps attract the chickens' attention, and once one bird begins drinking, others can learn by following.

Designed for Year-Round Flexibility

A built-in power cord access port allows compatible accessories such as de-icers and circulation pumps to be used with the waterer. This gives chicken keepers additional options for managing their flock's water during changing weather conditions. 

Easy to Fill & Maintain

Fill the waterer with up to 12 gallons of water and securely replace the lid. The Classic Waterer can sit directly on the ground, eliminating the need to hang a heavy water container.

Check water levels daily and replenish as needed. OverEZ also recommends discarding stale water before refilling. Blocks or bricks can be placed beneath the waterer when needed to adjust the drinking height for your flock.

How Often Will I Need to Refill the OverEZ Classic Chicken Waterer?

Actual water consumption will vary with flock size, weather, and other conditions, but OverEZ provides these general refill guidelines:

• 3–5 chickens: approximately every 4–6 weeks
• 6–11 chickens: approximately every 2–3 weeks
• 12–15 chickens: approximately every 1–2 weeks

Water levels should still be checked daily, and fresh water should always be available to your flock.
